Company Collections

ComputeUK are registered with the environment agency allowing us to transport specialist waste from a clients base back to our processing facility.

Company collections are available to businesses and organisations of all sizes. We collect throughout the East of England click on Recycling Map for the complete areas we cover.

Once you have completed the online quotation we will email you to advise whether any charges will be incurred dependant on the equipment, the quantity and services required. The assessment is free of charge and there is no obligation to proceed with the collection. Upon instructions to proceed with the collection we will finalise a collection date and time.

Once the equipment is transferred onto our vehicle by a member of our staff we will issue a waste transfer note which is signed by both parties listing all the collected equipment (this document must be kept for 2 years). It is your record that ComputeUK have taken ownership of the redundant computer equipment in a manner that complies with the environment agency.

Should the collection involve CRT monitors, ComputeUK will issue a Hazardous Waste consignment note to meet your legal obligations under the Restriction of Hazardous Substances, RoHS, regulations. These documents will be supplied at the point of collection.

Collections can be arranged either via our online quotation form or by telephone. We aim to respond by email within 2 hours of receiving a completed online quotation informing whether any charges will be incurred dependant on the equipment, the quantity and services required and detailing your preferred collection date.

In most instances we are able to collect the equipment within 3 days of completing our online quotation form if required.
